Direct and developed courses for local law enforcement, private citizens, volunteer groups and school administrators about dangerous social issues facing our community. Uniform Patrol Sergeant/SWAT Team Leader

 

Manage and led teams in high-risk operations. Supervises, plans, organizes, and coordinates activities of a law enforcement/public safety unit assigned to patrol assigned areas.

  • Hand selected to spearhead FBI violent gang investigations (RICO) and achieved production rate in top 1/3 of force in seven-year period

  • Created and manage a 15-person gang liaison team with the City of Marietta Police Department

  • Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team leader and assistant explosive breach team leader; tackled hostage situations, high-risk warrant services, and search and rescue operations; proficient in multiple weapon system
